  • To get started, set up an account.
  • Order the products you would like to receive on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
  • Each product gives you the option to select the week you would like delivery. ( Week1-4)
  • We give you the flexibility to order 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 Steak etc.
  • Once we receive your order online, you will receive a total amount owing, which is paid via email money transfer.
  • We do not offer individual pricing for all Fruit, Vegetables, Meats and Seafood.

We do not offer individual pricing for all Fruit, Vegetables, Meats and Seafood. Once we receive your online order, you will receive an email with your total. All other pricing is displayed on our website. . Our prices are honest, and offer great value relative to traditional stores. We offer a very different product from what you see in a traditional grocery store. 



You can select your frequency of delivery (every week, biweekly or monthly). If you just want to order one time, no problem, just simply pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Minimum spend per month is $100.00



Absolutely! We give you the flexibility to order 1 Apple, 1 carrot, 1 potato etc. No minimums required for each item ordered. You select all the items you want to receive.

Yes you can add or edit items throughout the month. Just send us an email by Monday @10am and we will make changes to your delivery on Thursday of that week. Meat, Pasta and Prepared Foods are pre booked at the beginning of the month. We will do our best to accommodate any changes you make.

Yes you can. If you are going away or plans have changed just send us an email and we can pause your service. We will credit you the difference or apply to the next month.

Yes you can, minimum order is $75.00. We can choose items or you can customize it. Your choice. If this is a gift, please alert gift recipients that a perishable gift will be delivered to them and to freeze or refrigerate all products as soon as possible upon delivery

We deliver between 330-630pm on Thursdays.Delivery is included. We deliver to each neighbourhood once per week to help minimize carbon emissions and food miles. Delivery routes are set up to be as efficient as possible, so we can't guarantee a certain delivery time (but if you get in touch with us we'll certainly see what we can do!).
